'Prosecco and Paint' Mothers Day workshop
£50 for 2 (price includes a glass of Prosecco and nibbles)
3-5pm Sunday 22nd March
Bring along your mum/daughter/son/best friend or other half to this friendly and informal workshop. Get your creative juices flowing and enjoy a glass of prosecco while you have fun painting a still life in pastels to take home. No experience needed, guidance given, all materials supplied.
Drink & Draw Pop-up Class- 2 hrs
Enjoy a glass of wine while you draw in this friendly and informal class which covers all aspects of drawing and painting. All materials supplied, guidance given, all levels welcome. Prices include a glass of wine/soft drink and nibbles.

Drawing the Head and Face 2hrs £35pp

We will look at how to draw the facial features and proportions and hair as well as useful tips on how to get a realistic looking portrait. If you have ever felt like you wished you could draw faces and portraits these classes will help you approach the topic with the confidence to know what to do. Complete beginners welcome
Recreating an Oil painting 2hrs £40pp

Taking inspiration from the Masters we'll be recreating a simple still life in oils, learning about colour mixing and mark making. All levels welcome, no experience required, all materials provided.
Drawing A Clothed Model 2hrs £35pp
Thurs 2nd April – 7-9pm or
Sunday 26th April 10-12
Drawing from a live model looking at shapes, form and tone and how the drapes in the clothing can describe the shape of the body. Drawing materials provided but feel free to bring paints and work in colour. Beginners welcome, guidance given.

Introduction to Oil Painting 10th November 10-3:30 Courtyard room @ Winton House £55
Oil paint is a wonderfully versatile and forgiving medium with it's buttery texture and and smoothness it is ideal for portraiture aswell many other subjects. It can be applied thickly to give an impasto style or used like watercolour to produce a translucent effect. This 1 day workshop is for complete beginners or artists who are new to oil painting. We'll look at the different qualities of oil paint, like blending, colour mixing and mark making. We will also be looking at different solvents, appropriate surfaces to work on and different tools to use. No experience needed, all materials supplied.
